سُوْرَةُ الْمُجَادَلَةِ
Surah Al-Mujaadila (58) — Ayah 20
إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ يُحَآدُّونَ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥٓ أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ فِى ٱلْأَذَلِّينَ ﴿20﴾

Those who oppose Allâh and His Messenger (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) they will be among the lowest (most humiliated).

Muhadadah refers to such intense opposition, enmity, and dispute that it becomes extremely difficult for the two parties to come together, as if both are on opposite edges, each opposing the other. From this, it is also used in the sense of prohibition, and for this reason, a gatekeeper or guard is also called haddad. Fath al-Qadeer.
