Surah Al-Waaqia (56) — Ayah 59
ءَأَنتُمْ تَخْلُقُونَهُۥٓ أَمْ نَحْنُ ٱلْخَـٰلِقُونَ ﴿59﴾

59-1. That is, as a result of your intercourse with your wives, the drops of semen that go into the wombs of women—are We the ones who create the human form and appearance from them, or are you?
