لَّا مَقْطُوعَةٍ وَلَا مَمْنُوعَةٍ ﴿33﴾
Whose supply is not cut off (by change of season), nor are they out of reach,

مَمْنُوعَةٍۢ mamnūʿatin forbidden

33-1 That is, these fruits will not be seasonal such that when the season passes, the fruits also disappear until the next harvest; these fruits will not be dependent on the season of blooming, rather, they will be available in every season—spring, autumn, summer, and winter. In this way, there will be no obstacle in obtaining them.
