ٱلشَّمْسُ وَٱلْقَمَرُ بِحُسْبَانٍ ﴿5﴾
The sun and the moon run on their fixed courses (exactly) calculated with measured out stages for each (for reckoning).
ٱلشَّمْسُ al-shamsu The sun
وَٱلْقَمَرُ wal-qamaru and the moon
بِحُسْبَانٍۢ biḥus'bānin by (precise) calculation
