بَلِ ٱلسَّاعَةُ مَوْعِدُهُمْ وَٱلسَّاعَةُ أَدْهَىٰ وَأَمَرُّ ﴿46﴾
Nay, but the Hour is their appointed time (for their full recompense), and the Hour will be more grievous and more bitter.

مَوْعِدُهُمْ mawʿiduhum (is) their promised time
وَٱلسَّاعَةُ wal-sāʿatu and the Hour
أَدْهَىٰ adhā (will be) more grievous
وَأَمَرُّ wa-amarru and more bitter

46. 1. That is, those who were killed, taken captive, etc. in this world, this is not their final punishment, rather even harsher punishments will be given to them on the Day of Resurrection, which they are promised.
