سُوْرَةُ النَّجْمِ
Surah An-Najm (53) — Ayah 43
وَأَنَّهُۥ هُوَ أَضْحَكَ وَأَبْكَىٰ ﴿43﴾

And that it is He (Allâh) Who makes (whom He wills) laugh, and makes (whom He wills) weep.
