أَمْ لِلْإِنسَـٰنِ مَا تَمَنَّىٰ ﴿24﴾
Or shall man have what he wishes?
أَمْ am Or
لِلْإِنسَـٰنِ lil'insāni (is) for man
مَا what
تَمَنَّىٰ tamannā he wishes
