إِنَّا نَحْنُ نُحْىِۦ وَنُمِيتُ وَإِلَيْنَا ٱلْمَصِيرُ ﴿43﴾
Verily, We it is Who give life and cause death; and to Us is the final return.
إِنَّا innā Indeed, We
نَحْنُ naḥnu [We]
نُحْىِۦ nuḥ'yī [We] give life
وَنُمِيتُ wanumītu and [We] cause death
وَإِلَيْنَا wa-ilaynā and to Us
ٱلْمَصِيرُ l-maṣīru (is) the final return

43. 1. That is, causing death in the world and bringing to life in the Hereafter is Our work alone; there is no partner with Us in this.
