سُوْرَةُ قٓ
Surah Qaaf (50) — Ayah 40
وَمِنَ ٱلَّيْلِ فَسَبِّحْهُ وَأَدْبَـٰرَ ٱلسُّجُودِ ﴿40﴾
Translation by Dr. Muhammad Muhsin Khan & Dr. Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali
And during a part of the night (also) glorify His praises (i.e. Maghrib and ‘Isha prayers) and (so likewise) after the prayers [As-Sunnah, Nawâfil - optional and additional prayers. And also glorify, praise and magnify Allâh - Subhân Allâh, Alhamdu lillâh, Allâhu-Akbar].

40. 1. That is, glorify Allah during a part of the night or perform the night prayer (Tahajjud), as stated in another place: "Rise up for prayer during the night, which is more rewarding for you."
40. 2. That is, glorify Allah. Some have interpreted this as referring to the Tasbihat, whose recitation after the obligatory prayers has been emphasized by the Prophet ﷺ, for example, saying سُبْحَان اللہ 33 times, اَلْحَمْدُ لِلّٰلہ 33 times, and اللّٰہ اَکْبَرْ 34 times, etc.
