Tafsir Ahsan al-Bayan is a well-known Quran commentary by Hafiz Salahuddin Yusuf, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. This tafsir explains the meanings of the Quran in accordance with the methodology of the Salaf (early righteous generations), relying on authentic sources and straightforward language. Due to its reliability and adherence to sound Islamic scholarship, the Saudi government publishes and distributes this tafsir among the Hujjaj (pilgrims) visiting the Haramain. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

But Allah did not do this for all hypocrites because this is against Allah’s attribute of Sattari; He generally conceals, not exposes. Secondly, He has commanded humans to judge by what is apparent and to leave the matter of the inner self to Allah.

30. 2. However, their tone and manner of speech are such that they reveal their inner selves; no matter how much they try to hide it, a person’s speech, movements, and certain specific states expose the secrets of his heart.
