Surah Al-Ahqaf (46) — Ayah 7

وَإِذَا تُتْلَىٰ عَلَيْهِمْ ءَايَـٰتُنَا بَيِّنَـٰتٍ قَالَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ لِلْحَقِّ لَمَّا جَآءَهُمْ هَـٰذَا سِحْرٌ مُّبِينٌ ﴿7﴾
And when Our Clear Verses are recited to them, the disbelievers say of the truth (this Qur’ân) when it reaches them: "This is plain magic!"
وَإِذَا wa-idhā And when
تُتْلَىٰ tut'lā are recited
عَلَيْهِمْ ʿalayhim to them
ءَايَـٰتُنَا āyātunā Our Verses
بَيِّنَـٰتٍۢ bayyinātin clear
قَالَ qāla say
ٱلَّذِينَ alladhīna those who
كَفَرُوا۟ kafarū disbelieve
لِلْحَقِّ lil'ḥaqqi of the truth
لَمَّا lammā when
جَآءَهُمْ jāahum it comes to them
هَـٰذَا hādhā This
سِحْرٌۭ siḥ'run (is) a magic
مُّبِينٌ mubīnun clear
