رَحْمَةً مِّن رَّبِّكَ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلسَّمِيعُ ٱلْعَلِيمُ ﴿6﴾
(As) a Mercy from your Lord. Verily, He is the All-Hearer, the All-Knower.
رَحْمَةًۭ raḥmatan As Mercy
مِّن min from
رَّبِّكَ ۚ rabbika your Lord
إِنَّهُۥ innahu Indeed, He
هُوَ huwa [He]
ٱلسَّمِيعُ l-samīʿu (is) the All-Hearer

That is, along with the sending down of the Books (the sending of the Messengers) is also a part of Our mercy so that they may clearly explain Our revealed Books and convey Our commands to the people. In this way, along with the provision of material needs, We have also arranged for the fulfillment of people's spiritual requirements through Our mercy.
