أَمْرًا مِّنْ عِندِنَآ ۚ إِنَّا كُنَّا مُرْسِلِينَ ﴿5﴾
As a Command (or this Qur’ân or the Decree of every matter) from Us. Verily, We are ever sending (the Messengers),
