إِلَّا مَن رَّحِمَ ٱللَّهُ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ ﴿42﴾
Except him on whom Allâh has Mercy. Verily, He is the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful.
إِلَّا illā Except
مَن man (on) whom
رَّحِمَ raḥima Allah has mercy
ٱللَّهُ ۚ l-lahu Allah has mercy
إِنَّهُۥ innahu Indeed, He
هُوَ huwa [He]
