Surah Ad-Dukhaan (44) — Ayah 13

أَنَّىٰ لَهُمُ ٱلذِّكْرَىٰ وَقَدْ جَآءَهُمْ رَسُولٌ مُّبِينٌ ﴿13﴾
How can there be for them an admonition (at the time when the torment has reached them), when a Messenger explaining things clearly has already come to them.
أَنَّىٰ annā How can
لَهُمُ lahumu (there be) for them
ٱلذِّكْرَىٰ l-dhik'rā the reminder
وَقَدْ waqad when verily
جَآءَهُمْ jāahum had come to them
رَسُولٌۭ rasūlun a Messenger
مُّبِينٌۭ mubīnun clear
