Surah Az-Zukhruf (43) — Ayah 26

وَإِذْ قَالَ إِبْرَٰهِيمُ لِأَبِيهِ وَقَوْمِهِۦٓ إِنَّنِى بَرَآءٌ مِّمَّا تَعْبُدُونَ ﴿26﴾
And (remember) when Ibrâhîm (Abraham) said to his father and his people: "Verily, I am innocent of what you worship,
وَإِذْ wa-idh And when
قَالَ qāla Ibrahim Said
إِبْرَٰهِيمُ ib'rāhīmu Ibrahim Said
لِأَبِيهِ li-abīhi to his father
وَقَوْمِهِۦٓ waqawmihi and his people
إِنَّنِى innanī Indeed, I (am)
بَرَآءٌۭ barāon disassociated
مِّمَّا mimmā from what
تَعْبُدُونَ taʿbudūna you worship
