Tafsir Ahsan al-Bayan is a well-known Quran commentary by Hafiz Salahuddin Yusuf, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. This tafsir explains the meanings of the Quran in accordance with the methodology of the Salaf (early righteous generations), relying on authentic sources and straightforward language. Due to its reliability and adherence to sound Islamic scholarship, the Saudi government publishes and distributes this tafsir among the Hujjaj (pilgrims) visiting the Haramain. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

19. 1 Here "اذکر" is omitted; remember that time when the angels of Hell will gather the enemies of Allah, meaning there will be a gathering of all the enemies from the first to the last. 19. 1 "ای یحبس اولھم علی آخرھم لیلا حقوا" (Fath al-Qadeer), meaning they will be stopped and gathered together, the first and the last. For further explanation of this word, see the footnote of Surah An-Naml, verse number 17 (وَحُشِرَ لِسُلَيْمٰنَ جُنُوْدُهٗ مِنَ الْجِنِّ وَالْاِنْسِ وَالطَّيْرِ فَهُمْ يُوْزَعُوْنَ).
