Tafsir Ahsan al-Bayan is a well-known Quran commentary by Hafiz Salahuddin Yusuf, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. This tafsir explains the meanings of the Quran in accordance with the methodology of the Salaf (early righteous generations), relying on authentic sources and straightforward language. Due to its reliability and adherence to sound Islamic scholarship, the Saudi government publishes and distributes this tafsir among the Hujjaj (pilgrims) visiting the Haramain. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

8. 1. That is, gather all of them together in Paradise so that seeing each other, their eyes may be cooled. This subject has been expressed at another place in this way: "Those who believed, and their offspring followed them in faith, We joined their offspring with them, and We did not diminish anything from their deeds." That is, all were given an equal rank in Paradise in such a way that even the lower ones were granted a higher status. It was not done that by reducing the rank of the higher ones, they were brought down to the lower level; rather, the lower ones were elevated to the higher status, and the deficiency in their deeds was completed by His grace and mercy (al-Tur: 21).
