O mankind! Verily, there has come to you the Messenger (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) with the truth from your Lord. So believe in him, it is better for you. But if you disbelieve, then certainly to Allâh belongs all that is in the heavens and the earth. And Allâh is Ever All-Knowing, All-Wise.

Tafsir Ahsan al-Bayan is a well-known Quran commentary by Hafiz Salahuddin Yusuf, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. This tafsir explains the meanings of the Quran in accordance with the methodology of the Salaf (early righteous generations), relying on authentic sources and straightforward language. Due to its reliability and adherence to sound Islamic scholarship, the Saudi government publishes and distributes this tafsir among the Hujjaj (pilgrims) visiting the Haramain. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

170. 1. That is, what harm will your disbelief cause to Allah, just as Musa said to his people (اِنْ تَكْفُرُوْٓا اَنْتُمْ وَمَنْ فِي الْاَرْضِ جَمِيْعًا ۙ فَاِنَّ اللّٰهَ لَغَنِيٌّ حَمِيْدٌ) 14:8 (Ibrahim. 8): If you and all those who dwell on the earth together choose the path of disbelief, what harm will you cause to Allah? Surely, Allah is indeed free of need, Praiseworthy. And in the Hadith Qudsi, Allah says: 'O My servants! If the first and last of you, all humans and jinn, become like the heart of the most righteous man among you, that will not increase My kingdom in the least. And if the first and last of you, all humans and jinn, become like the heart of the most disobedient man among you, that will not decrease My kingdom in the least. O My servants! If all of you gather in one plain and ask Me, and I give every person what he asks for, that will not decrease what I have any more than a needle decreases the water of the sea when it is dipped into it and taken out.' (Sahih Muslim, Book of Birr, Chapter: Prohibition of Oppression)
