أَفَمَنْ حَقَّ عَلَيْهِ كَلِمَةُ ٱلْعَذَابِ أَفَأَنتَ تُنقِذُ مَن فِى ٱلنَّارِ ﴿19﴾
Is, then one against whom the Word of punishment is justified (equal to the one who avoids evil)? Will you (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) rescue him who is in the Fire?
أَفَمَنْ afaman Then, is (one) who
حَقَّ ḥaqqa became due
عَلَيْهِ ʿalayhi on him
كَلِمَةُ kalimatu the word
ٱلْعَذَابِ l-ʿadhābi (of) the punishment
أَفَأَنتَ afa-anta Then can you
تُنقِذُ tunqidhu save
مَن man (one) who
فِى (is) in
ٱلنَّارِ l-nāri the Fire

Since the Prophet ﷺ had an intense desire that all the people of his nation should embrace faith, in this Allah Almighty consoled the Prophet ﷺ and informed him that you are absolutely right and justified in your own place, but the one over whom his destiny has prevailed and Allah's word has been established against him, you are not able to save him from the fire of Hell.
