أَتَّخَذْنَـٰهُمْ سِخْرِيًّا أَمْ زَاغَتْ عَنْهُمُ ٱلْأَبْصَـٰرُ ﴿63﴾
Did we take them as an object of mockery, or have (our) eyes failed to perceive them?"
أَتَّخَذْنَـٰهُمْ attakhadhnāhum Did we take them
سِخْرِيًّا sikh'riyyan (in) ridicule
أَمْ am or
زَاغَتْ zāghat has turned away
عَنْهُمُ ʿanhumu from them
ٱلْأَبْصَـٰرُ l-abṣāru the vision
