بَلِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ فِى عِزَّةٍ وَشِقَاقٍ ﴿2﴾

However, these disbelievers are not benefiting from it because their minds are filled with arrogance and pride, and their hearts with opposition and stubbornness. The meaning of عزت is to be haughty in the face of truth.
