أَذَٰلِكَ خَيْرٌ نُّزُلًا أَمْ شَجَرَةُ ٱلزَّقُّومِ ﴿62﴾
Is that (Paradise) better entertainment or the tree of Zaqqûm (a horrible tree in Hell)?
أَذَٰلِكَ adhālika Is that
خَيْرٌۭ khayrun better
نُّزُلًا nuzulan (as) hospitality
أَمْ am or
شَجَرَةُ shajaratu (the) tree
ٱلزَّقُّومِ l-zaqūmi (of) Zaqqum

62. 1. زَ قوْم is derived from تَزَقْم, which means the emergence of something foul-smelling and disgusting. The fruit of this tree will also be extremely unpleasant to eat for the inhabitants of Hell.
