سُبْحَـٰنَ رَبِّكَ رَبِّ ٱلْعِزَّةِ عَمَّا يَصِفُونَ ﴿180﴾
Glorified be your Lord, the Lord of Honour and Power! (He is free) from what they attribute unto Him!
سُبْحَـٰنَ sub'ḥāna Glory
رَبِّكَ rabbika (be to) your Lord
رَبِّ rabbi (the) Lord
ٱلْعِزَّةِ l-ʿizati (of) Honor
عَمَّا ʿammā above what
يَصِفُونَ yaṣifūna they attribute

180. 1. This contains the declaration of Allah's purity from defects and shortcomings that the polytheists attribute to Allah, such as saying He has offspring or that He has a partner. These deficiencies exist within the servants, and only they are in need of offspring or partners. Allah is far above and pure from all these things, because He is not in need of anyone that He would require offspring or a partner.
