And an Ayâh (sign) for them is that We bore their offspring in the laden ship [of Nûh (Noah)].

In this, Allah Almighty is mentioning His favor that He made it easy for ships to sail in the sea, so much so that you take your children with you in loaded ships, and in another meaning, this refers to the Ark of Nuh ؑ. That is, people were made to board the Ark of Nuh ؑ, from whom later the human lineage continued. In other words, the ancestors of humanity were aboard it.
