Alas for mankind! There never came a Messenger to them but they used to mock at him.

30. 1. This expression of regret and remorse will be upon their own souls, on the Day of Resurrection, after seeing the punishment, that if only they had not been negligent regarding Allah, or Allah Almighty is expressing regret over the behavior of the servants that whenever a messenger came to them, they only mocked him.
