قُل لَّكُم مِّيعَادُ يَوْمٍ لَّا تَسْتَـْٔخِرُونَ عَنْهُ سَاعَةً وَلَا تَسْتَقْدِمُونَ ﴿30﴾
Say (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم): "The appointment to you is for a Day, which you cannot put back for an hour (or a moment) nor put forward."
قُل qul Say
لَّكُم lakum For you
مِّيعَادُ mīʿādu (is the) appointment
يَوْمٍۢ yawmin (of) a Day
لَّا not
تَسْتَـْٔخِرُونَ tastakhirūna you can postpone
عَنْهُ ʿanhu [of] it
سَاعَةًۭ sāʿatan (for) an hour
وَلَا walā and not
تَسْتَقْدِمُونَ tastaqdimūna (can) you precede (it)

30. 1. That is, Allah has fixed the Day of Resurrection, the knowledge of which is with Him alone. However, when that appointed time comes, it will not be delayed or advanced by even a moment (اِ نَّ اَجَلَ اللّٰہِ اِ ذَا جَآءَ لَا یُئَوخَّرُ) 71. Nuh:4)
