سُوْرَةُ الْاَحْزَابِ
Surah Al-Ahzaab (33) — Ayah 58
وَٱلَّذِينَ يُؤْذُونَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَٱلْمُؤْمِنَـٰتِ بِغَيْرِ مَا ٱكْتَسَبُوا۟ فَقَدِ ٱحْتَمَلُوا۟ بُهْتَـٰنًا وَإِثْمًا مُّبِينًا ﴿58﴾
Translation by Dr. Muhammad Muhsin Khan & Dr. Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali
And those who annoy believing men and women undeservedly, they bear (on themselves) the crime of slander and plain sin.

Tafsir Ahsan al-Bayan — Hafiz Salahuddin Yusuf
Tafsir Ahsan al-Bayan is a well-known Quran commentary by Hafiz Salahuddin Yusuf, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. That is, to slander them in order to defame them, to unjustly criticize and insult them, just as the Rawafid curse the noble Companions ؓ and attribute to them things which they did not commit. Imam Ibn Kathir states that the Rafidi are those with inverted hearts; they criticize praiseworthy individuals and praise those who are blameworthy.
