سُوْرَةُ السَّجْدَةِ
Surah As-Sajda (32) — Ayah 8
ثُمَّ جَعَلَ نَسْلَهُۥ مِن سُلَـٰلَةٍ مِّن مَّآءٍ مَّهِينٍ ﴿8﴾

Then He made his offspring from semen of despised water (male and female sexual discharge).

That is, from a drop of semen; the meaning is that after creating a human pair, for their progeny We have established this method that a man and woman marry each other, and from their sexual union, the drop of fluid that enters the woman's womb, from that We continue to shape a human form and send it forth.
