مَّا خَلْقُكُمْ وَلَا بَعْثُكُمْ إِلَّا كَنَفْسٍ وَٰحِدَةٍ ۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ سَمِيعٌۢ بَصِيرٌ ﴿28﴾
The creation of you all and the resurrection of you all are only as (the creation and resurrection of) a single person. Verily, Allâh is All-Hearer, All-Seer.
مَّا Not
خَلْقُكُمْ khalqukum (is) your creation
وَلَا walā and not
بَعْثُكُمْ baʿthukum your resurrection
إِلَّا illā but
كَنَفْسٍۢ kanafsin as a soul
وَٰحِدَةٍ ۗ wāḥidatin single
إِنَّ inna Indeed
ٱللَّهَ l-laha Allah
سَمِيعٌۢ samīʿun (is) All-Hearer
بَصِيرٌ baṣīrun All-Seer

1. That is, His power is so great that creating all of you or resurrecting you on the Day of Judgment is like creating. Therefore, whatever He wills comes into existence in the blink of an eye with the word "كُنْ".
