Surah Ar-Room (30) — Ayah 27

وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِى يَبْدَؤُا۟ ٱلْخَلْقَ ثُمَّ يُعِيدُهُۥ وَهُوَ أَهْوَنُ عَلَيْهِ ۚ وَلَهُ ٱلْمَثَلُ ٱلْأَعْلَىٰ فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ وَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْحَكِيمُ ﴿27﴾
And He it is Who originates the creation, then He will repeat it (after it has been perished); and this is easier for Him. His is the highest description (i.e. none has the right to be worshipped but He, and there is nothing comparable unto Him) in the heavens and in the earth. And He is the All-Mighty, the All-Wise.
وَهُوَ wahuwa And He
ٱلَّذِى alladhī (is) the One Who
يَبْدَؤُا۟ yabda-u originates
ٱلْخَلْقَ l-khalqa the creation
ثُمَّ thumma then
يُعِيدُهُۥ yuʿīduhu repeats it
وَهُوَ wahuwa and it
أَهْوَنُ ahwanu (is) easier
عَلَيْهِ ۚ ʿalayhi for Him
وَلَهُ walahu And for Him
ٱلْمَثَلُ l-mathalu (is) the description
ٱلْأَعْلَىٰ l-aʿlā the highest
فِى in
ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ l-samāwāti the heavens
وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ wal-arḍi and the earth
وَهُوَ wahuwa And He
ٱلْعَزِيزُ l-ʿazīzu (is) the All-Mighty
ٱلْحَكِيمُ l-ḥakīmu the All-Wise
