سُوْرَةُ اٰلِ عِمْرٰنَ
Surah Aal-i-Imraan (3) — Ayah 21
إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ يَكْفُرُونَ بِـَٔايَـٰتِ ٱللَّهِ وَيَقْتُلُونَ ٱلنَّبِيِّـۧنَ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ وَيَقْتُلُونَ ٱلَّذِينَ يَأْمُرُونَ بِٱلْقِسْطِ مِنَ ٱلنَّاسِ فَبَشِّرْهُم بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ ﴿21﴾
Translation by Dr. Muhammad Muhsin Khan & Dr. Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali
Verily! Those who disbelieve in the Ayât (proofs, evidence, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) of Allâh and kill the Prophets without right, and kill those men who order just dealings, ... then announce to them a painful torment.

Tafsir Ahsan al-Bayan — Hafiz Salahuddin Yusuf

21. 1. That is, their rebellion and transgression had reached such an extent that not only did they unjustly kill the prophets, but they also killed those who spoke of justice and fairness. That is, those sincere believers and callers to truth who fulfilled the duty of enjoining good and forbidding evil. By mentioning them alongside the prophets, Allah Almighty has also made clear their greatness and virtue.
