Surah Al-Ankaboot (29) — Ayah 68

وَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّنِ ٱفْتَرَىٰ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ كَذِبًا أَوْ كَذَّبَ بِٱلْحَقِّ لَمَّا جَآءَهُۥٓ ۚ أَلَيْسَ فِى جَهَنَّمَ مَثْوًى لِّلْكَـٰفِرِينَ ﴿68﴾
And who does more wrong than he who invents a lie against Allâh or denies the truth (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم and his doctrine of Islâmic Monotheism and this Qur’ân), when it comes to him? Is there not a dwelling in Hell for disbelievers (in the Oneness of Allâh and in His Messenger Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم)?
وَمَنْ waman And who
أَظْلَمُ aẓlamu (is) more unjust
مِمَّنِ mimmani than (he) who
ٱفْتَرَىٰ if'tarā invents
عَلَى ʿalā against
ٱللَّهِ l-lahi Allah
كَذِبًا kadhiban a lie
أَوْ aw or
كَذَّبَ kadhaba denies
بِٱلْحَقِّ bil-ḥaqi the truth
لَمَّا lammā when
جَآءَهُۥٓ ۚ jāahu it has come to him
أَلَيْسَ alaysa Is there not
فِى in
جَهَنَّمَ jahannama Hell
مَثْوًۭى mathwan an abode
لِّلْكَـٰفِرِينَ lil'kāfirīna for the disbelievers

68-1. That is, to claim that revelation comes to him from Allah while that is not the case, or for someone to say, "I can also send down what Allah has sent down." This is outright falsehood.

68-2. This is denial, and the one who commits it is a denier. Both are acts of disbelief, the punishment for which is Hell.
