And We bestowed on him [Ibrâhîm (Abraham)], Ishâq (Isaac) and Ya‘qûb (Jacob), and We ordained among his offspring Prophethood and the Book [i.e. the Taurât (Torah) (to Mûsâ - Moses), the Injeel (Gospel) (to ‘Îsâ - Jesus), and the Qur’ân (to Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم), all from the offspring of Ibrâhîm (Abraham)], and We granted him his reward in this world; and verily, in the Hereafter he is indeed among the righteous.

لَهُۥٓ lahu to him

Tafsir Ahsan al-Bayan is a well-known Quran commentary by Hafiz Salahuddin Yusuf, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. This tafsir explains the meanings of the Quran in accordance with the methodology of the Salaf (early righteous generations), relying on authentic sources and straightforward language. Due to its reliability and adherence to sound Islamic scholarship, the Saudi government publishes and distributes this tafsir among the Hujjaj (pilgrims) visiting the Haramain. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

27-1 That is, from Hazrat Ishaq (علیہ السلام) came Yaqub (علیہ السلام), from whom the lineage of Bani Israel continued, and among them were all the prophets, and the scriptures were revealed. In the end, Hazrat Nabi Kareem ﷺ was from the lineage of Hazrat Ismail (علیہ السلام), the second son of Hazrat Ibrahim (علیہ السلام), and the Qur'an was revealed to him ﷺ.

27-2 By this reward is meant both worldly sustenance and good mention. That is, people of every religion in the world (Christians, Jews, etc., even polytheists) honor and respect Hazrat Ibrahim (علیہ السلام), and Muslims are, of course, followers of the religion of Ibrahim, so why would he not be respected among them?

27-3 That is, in the Hereafter as well, he will have high ranks and will be among the righteous. This subject has also been mentioned at another place.
