Surah Al-Qasas (28) — Ayah 70

وَهُوَ ٱللَّهُ لَآ إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ۖ لَهُ ٱلْحَمْدُ فِى ٱلْأُولَىٰ وَٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ ۖ وَلَهُ ٱلْحُكْمُ وَإِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ ﴿70﴾
And He is Allâh: Lâ ilâha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He), all praises and thanks be to Him (both) in the first (i.e. in this world) and in the last (i.e. in the Hereafter). And for Him is the Decision, and to Him shall you (all) be returned.
وَهُوَ wahuwa And He
ٱللَّهُ l-lahu (is) Allah
لَآ (there is) no
إِلَـٰهَ ilāha god
إِلَّا illā but
هُوَ ۖ huwa He
لَهُ lahu To Him
ٱلْحَمْدُ l-ḥamdu (are due) all praises
فِى in
ٱلْأُولَىٰ l-ūlā the first
وَٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ ۖ wal-ākhirati and the last
وَلَهُ walahu And for Him
ٱلْحُكْمُ l-ḥuk'mu (is) the Decision
وَإِلَيْهِ wa-ilayhi and to Him
تُرْجَعُونَ tur'jaʿūna you will be returned
