Surah Al-Qasas (28) — Ayah 40

فَأَخَذْنَـٰهُ وَجُنُودَهُۥ فَنَبَذْنَـٰهُمْ فِى ٱلْيَمِّ ۖ فَٱنظُرْ كَيْفَ كَانَ عَـٰقِبَةُ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ ﴿40﴾
So We seized him and his hosts, and We threw them all into the sea (and drowned them). So behold (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) what was the end of the Zâlimûn [wrong-doers, polytheists and those who disbelieved in the Oneness of their Lord (Allâh), or rejected the advice of His Messenger Mûsâ (Moses) عليه السلام].
فَأَخَذْنَـٰهُ fa-akhadhnāhu So We seized him
وَجُنُودَهُۥ wajunūdahu and his hosts
فَنَبَذْنَـٰهُمْ fanabadhnāhum and We threw them
فِى in
ٱلْيَمِّ ۖ l-yami the sea
فَٱنظُرْ fa-unẓur So see
كَيْفَ kayfa how
كَانَ kāna was
عَـٰقِبَةُ ʿāqibatu (the) end
ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ l-ẓālimīna (of) the wrongdoers

40-1. That is, when their disbelief and rebellion exceeded all limits and in no way were they willing to accept faith, then finally one morning We drowned them in the sea.
