إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ زَيَّنَّا لَهُمْ أَعْمَـٰلَهُمْ فَهُمْ يَعْمَهُونَ ﴿4﴾
Verily, those who believe not in the Hereafter, We have made their deeds fair-seeming to them, so that they wander about blindly.
إِنَّ inna Indeed

يُؤْمِنُونَ yu'minūna believe
بِٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ bil-ākhirati in the Hereafter
زَيَّنَّا zayyannā We have made fair-seeming
لَهُمْ lahum to them
أَعْمَـٰلَهُمْ aʿmālahum their deeds
فَهُمْ fahum so they
يَعْمَهُونَ yaʿmahūna wander blindly

Tafsir Ahsan al-Bayan is a well-known Quran commentary by Hafiz Salahuddin Yusuf, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. 4-1. This is the consequence and recompense of sins that evils appear good to them, and the fundamental reason for this is the lack of faith in the Hereafter. Its attribution to Allah is because every action occurs only by His will; however, in this too, Allah's same principle is at work: the path of goodness is made easy for the righteous, and the path of evil is made easy for the wicked. But choosing either of these two paths depends on the person's own will.

4-2. That is, the reality of the path of misguidance on which they are walking is not known to them, and they do not receive guidance towards the right path.
