Surah An-Naml (27) — Ayah 12

وَأَدْخِلْ يَدَكَ فِى جَيْبِكَ تَخْرُجْ بَيْضَآءَ مِنْ غَيْرِ سُوٓءٍ ۖ فِى تِسْعِ ءَايَـٰتٍ إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ وَقَوْمِهِۦٓ ۚ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا۟ قَوْمًا فَـٰسِقِينَ ﴿12﴾
"And put your hand into your bosom, it will come forth white without hurt. (These are) among the nine signs (you will take) to Fir‘aun (Pharaoh) and his people. Verily they are a people who are Fâsiqûn (rebellious, disobedient to Allâh).
وَأَدْخِلْ wa-adkhil And enter
يَدَكَ yadaka your hand
فِى into
جَيْبِكَ jaybika your bosom
تَخْرُجْ takhruj it will come forth
بَيْضَآءَ bayḍāa white
مِنْ min without
غَيْرِ ghayri without
سُوٓءٍۢ ۖ sūin harm
فِى (These are) among
تِسْعِ tis'ʿi nine
ءَايَـٰتٍ āyātin signs
إِلَىٰ ilā to
فِرْعَوْنَ fir'ʿawna Firaun
وَقَوْمِهِۦٓ ۚ waqawmihi and his people
إِنَّهُمْ innahum Indeed, they
كَانُوا۟ kānū are
قَوْمًۭا qawman a people
فَـٰسِقِينَ fāsiqīna defiantly disobedient

12-1. That is, without any disease like leprosy, etc. This was the second miracle given to him along with the staff.

12-2. فِیْ تسْعِ آیَات means these two miracles are among the nine miracles with which I have helped you. Take them and go to Pharaoh and his people. For details of these nine miracles, see (وَلَقَدْ اٰتَيْنَا مُوْسٰي تِسْعَ اٰيٰتٍۢ بَيِّنٰتٍ فَسْــــَٔـلْ بَنِيْٓ اِسْرَاۗءِيْلَ اِذْ جَاۗءَهُمْ فَقَالَ لَهٗ فِرْعَوْنُ اِنِّىْ لَاَظُنُّكَ يٰمُوْسٰي مَسْحُوْرًا) 17.
