وَمَآ أَضَلَّنَآ إِلَّا ٱلْمُجْرِمُونَ ﴿99﴾
And none has brought us into error except the Mujrimûn [Iblîs (Satan) and those of human beings who commit crimes, murderers, polytheists, oppressors].
وَمَآ wamā And not
أَضَلَّنَآ aḍallanā misguided us
إِلَّا illā except
ٱلْمُجْرِمُونَ l-muj'rimūna the criminals

99-1. That is, upon reaching there, it will be realized that other criminals led us astray. In the world, they are made aware that such and such actions are misguidance, are innovation, are shirk, but they do not accept, nor do they reflect so that truth and falsehood may become clear to them.
