وَقِيلَ لِلنَّاسِ هَلْ أَنتُم مُّجْتَمِعُونَ ﴿39﴾
And it was said to the people: "Are you (too) going to assemble?
وَقِيلَ waqīla And it was said
لِلنَّاسِ lilnnāsi to the people
هَلْ hal Will
أَنتُم antum you
مُّجْتَمِعُونَ muj'tamiʿūna assemble
