يَأْتُوكَ بِكُلِّ سَحَّارٍ عَلِيمٍ ﴿37﴾
"To bring up to you every well-versed sorcerer."
يَأْتُوكَ yatūka They (will) bring to you
بِكُلِّ bikulli every
سَحَّارٍ saḥḥārin magician
عَلِيمٍۢ ʿalīmin learned

37-1. That is, leave both of them as they are for now, and gather magicians from all the cities so that a mutual contest can be held, and their tricks can be answered and your support and help may be achieved. And all this arrangement was from Allah Himself so that people would gather in one place and witness with their own eyes the proofs that Allah Almighty had granted to Hazrat Musa (عليه السلام).
