قَالَ لِمَنْ حَوْلَهُۥٓ أَلَا تَسْتَمِعُونَ ﴿25﴾
[Fir‘aun (Pharaoh)] said to those around: "Do you not hear (what he says)?"
قَالَ qāla He said
لِمَنْ liman to those
حَوْلَهُۥٓ ḥawlahu around him
أَلَا alā Do not
تَسْتَمِعُونَ tastamiʿūna you hear
