وَتَتَّخِذُونَ مَصَانِعَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَخْلُدُونَ ﴿129﴾
"And do you get for yourselves palaces (fine buildings) as if you will live therein for ever.
وَتَتَّخِذُونَ watattakhidhūna And take for yourselves
مَصَانِعَ maṣāniʿa strongholds
لَعَلَّكُمْ laʿallakum that you may
تَخْلُدُونَ takhludūna live forever
