سُوْرَةُ الْفُرْقَانِ
Surah Al-Furqaan (25) — Ayah 51
وَلَوْ شِئْنَا لَبَعَثْنَا فِى كُلِّ قَرْيَةٍ نَّذِيرًا ﴿51﴾

And had We willed, We would have raised a warner in every town.
