Tafsir Ahsan al-Bayan is a well-known Quran commentary by Hafiz Salahuddin Yusuf, a renowned Salafi (Ahl al-Hadith) scholar from Pakistan. This tafsir explains the meanings of the Quran in accordance with the methodology of the Salaf (early righteous generations), relying on authentic sources and straightforward language. Due to its reliability and adherence to sound Islamic scholarship, the Saudi government publishes and distributes this tafsir among the Hujjaj (pilgrims) visiting the Haramain. The tafsir is originally written in Urdu, translated to English by tohed.com.

31-1. That is, just as, O Muhammad ﷺ, there are those among your people who are your enemies because they have abandoned the Quran, similarly, it was the same in previous communities as well, meaning the enemies of every prophet were those who were sinners; they would call people towards misguidance. 6. Al-An'am:112) also mentions this subject.

31-2. That is, although these disbelievers prevent people from the path of Allah, who can prevent from guidance the one whom your Lord guides? The real Guide and Helper is your Lord alone.
