Surah Al-Furqaan (25) — Ayah 29

لَّقَدْ أَضَلَّنِى عَنِ ٱلذِّكْرِ بَعْدَ إِذْ جَآءَنِى ۗ وَكَانَ ٱلشَّيْطَـٰنُ لِلْإِنسَـٰنِ خَذُولًا ﴿29﴾
"He indeed led me astray from the Reminder (this Qur’ân) after it had come to me. And Shaitân (Satan) is to man ever a deserter in the hour of need." [Tafsir Al-Qurtubi]
لَّقَدْ laqad Verily
أَضَلَّنِى aḍallanī he led me astray
عَنِ ʿani from
ٱلذِّكْرِ l-dhik'ri the Reminder
بَعْدَ baʿda after
إِذْ idh [when]
جَآءَنِى ۗ jāanī it (had) come to me
وَكَانَ wakāna And is
ٱلشَّيْطَـٰنُ l-shayṭānu the Shaitaan
لِلْإِنسَـٰنِ lil'insāni to the man
خَذُولًۭا khadhūlan a deserter
