Surah Al-Furqaan (25) — Ayah 2

ٱلَّذِى لَهُۥ مُلْكُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَلَمْ يَتَّخِذْ وَلَدًا وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُۥ شَرِيكٌ فِى ٱلْمُلْكِ وَخَلَقَ كُلَّ شَىْءٍ فَقَدَّرَهُۥ تَقْدِيرًا ﴿2﴾
He to Whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth, and Who has begotten no son (children or offspring) and for Whom there is no partner in the dominion. He has created everything, and has measured it exactly according to its due measurements.
ٱلَّذِى alladhī The One Who
لَهُۥ lahu to Him (belongs)
مُلْكُ mul'ku (the) dominion
ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ l-samāwāti (of) the heavens
وَٱلْأَرْضِ wal-arḍi and the earth
وَلَمْ walam and not
يَتَّخِذْ yattakhidh He has taken
وَلَدًۭا waladan a son
وَلَمْ walam and not
يَكُن yakun He has
لَّهُۥ lahu for Him
شَرِيكٌۭ sharīkun a partner
فِى in
ٱلْمُلْكِ l-mul'ki the dominion
وَخَلَقَ wakhalaqa and He (has) created
كُلَّ kulla every
شَىْءٍۢ shayin thing
فَقَدَّرَهُۥ faqaddarahu and determined it
تَقْدِيرًۭا taqdīran (with) determination

2-1 This is the first attribute, that is, the only owner of authority in the universe is He alone, no one else.
2-2 In this, there is a refutation of the Christians, Jews, and some of those Arab tribes who considered the angels to be the daughters of Allah.
2-3 In this, there is a refutation of idol-worshipping polytheists and those who believe in (two creators).
2-4 The creator of everything is He alone, and according to His wisdom and will, He has provided every creature with whatever is suitable for it, or He has already determined the death and sustenance of everything.
