To Him belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is on the earth. And verily, Allâh - He is Rich (Free of all needs), Worthy of all praise.

64. 1. In terms of creation, in terms of ownership, and in terms of authority to dispose. Therefore, all creation is dependent on Him, He is dependent on none. Because He is Ghani (free of need), independent. And the Being who is the source of all perfections and powers, in every situation, only He is deserving of praise.
