ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنُ عَلَى ٱلْعَرْشِ ٱسْتَوَىٰ ﴿5﴾
The Most Gracious (Allâh) rose over (Istawâ) the (Mighty) Throne (in a manner that suits His Majesty).
ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنُ al-raḥmānu The Most Gracious

ٱلْعَرْشِ l-ʿarshi the Throne
ٱسْتَوَىٰ is'tawā is established
