سُوْرَةُ طٰهٰ
Surah Taa-Haa (20) — Ayah 102
يَوْمَ يُنفَخُ فِى ٱلصُّورِ ۚ وَنَحْشُرُ ٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ يَوْمَئِذٍ زُرْقًا ﴿102﴾
Translation by Dr. Muhammad Muhsin Khan & Dr. Taqi-ud-Din al-Hilali
The Day when the Trumpet will be blown (the second blowing): that Day, We shall gather the Mujrimûn (criminals, polytheists, sinners, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allâh) blue or blind-eyed with thirst.

12. 1. By "Sur" is meant that (trumpet) in which Israfil ؑ will blow by the command of Allah, and then the Day of Judgment will be established. With the first blowing by Hazrat Israfil ؑ, death will overcome all, and with the second blowing, by Allah's command, all will be resurrected and gathered in the field of Mahshar. In the verse, this second blowing is intended.
